I am bad at timing either.
someone told me BAC is not a buy, because P/E is too high. GS was a
good buy as P/E is second lowest within the sector.
I said I speculated only, no investment.
two days later, GS's shitty ER doubled it's P/E :)
but I think GS is a good long term buyer as SEC only charges 550Mil.

my experience on stock is disappointing, that why I escaped to options.

option oracle has it. I am expecting some new features in 2.0 version.
but it's pending as it's free:)
meanwhile, there only news titled "option trade alerts"
something like that.
put/call ratio is not always good indicator. Just like momentum players
has their period.
It's much harder-almost impossible to find a free option real time quote,
I am trying to build some screening program, but no free data.

C might be not now, i still don't see C make any earning.
and government just liquided 1.5B, still 3.5B left.
