Man, if I know this, I will try to buy it. Forget about trading, this is a
golden deal unless the house has some hidden problems.
Northbrook is in a good school district, beautiful and safe.

which we can use for bedroom and guest bedrooms.

deal.
The real estate market, however, is staggering. Next week several housing
reports will give us a clear big picture, and they may move the stock
market a lot.

After Apl 30 of this year, the market is looking at RE sector for the
direction of the economy. But it will take at least a year to see. Next
week data won't be a huge difference from last week and last month. This is
just an noise. Will be as bad as last month.
But if you are a day trader, I guess you can do the swing trading.
