Charles A. Gilman on behalf of two Maryland residents complaining of
negligence, breach of warranty, deceptive trade practices, fraud and
misrepresentation because of the antenna. Both Apple and its exclusive U.S.
service provider, AT&T Inc., are cited in the suit.
