real estate and thwarts any chance for a strong recovery, banking analyst
Meredith Whitney told CNBC.
While stopping short of predicting a full-blown double dip in the broad
economy, Whitney said one is certainly in store for the housing market.

这么多老白要退休。这供给是源源不断地。
令一方面，价格折算通膨后还在历史高点。
需要再跌1/2才是历史平均水平。就算现在利率低也应该跌个50%才能算是探到历史上的
底。
