In his previous post, he mentioned, he regards ROE as the major benchmark to
evaluate BP, he also mentioned, the more liability, the better.
This is nonsense.
ROE does not pay attention to cash flow, either does it focus on investment.
Liability, if it is for financing, maybe more is better, however, when
liabilities coming from law suits, I do not see its value at all.
