我真的受不了类似文章。写文章和顶文章的人都没脑子的吗？有些话听起来挺像我父母
说的话，更多的是胡说八道。
“儿子到美国10年了，至今租住在公寓房，领着10万美元的低年薪。”
10万美元一点都不低，美国收入的中位数是4万美元。
“而像他一样的留学生还有很多，也有很多人在干着餐厅打工一样的低薪水工作，还有
很多人失业找不到工作但他们却不愿意回到国内。”
这三个排比讲得是三件事情，没有什么联系。像他儿子那种背景的人没有在餐厅打工养
活自己的，有的可能乐意在咖啡店或者饭店打工，但不是苦大仇深的讨生活，只是工作
过渡或者为了好玩。至于好多人失业却不愿回国，听作者那么说，好像大家是为了脸面
才不回国，其实哪是那么回事啊。没准儿一部分是，大部分仍然是看好美国经济的，等
到经济复苏加快的时候，这里比国内的情况要好得多。

First, this guy is not a fresh graduate in China. For his experience and
qualifications, he should have over one million dollars in China if he did
not come to USA, right now, he does not have. This is very common.
Second, you need $200,000 income in USA to live the same middle class level
life in China.
Third, you need $500,000 income in USA to live upper middle class life.

around 1500/Month. So her actual spendable income is only 1100/Month. That
needs to take care student loan/Car loan/...., I am willingly to reduce her

Chinese dollar is not the answer. Hard asset is the answer.
My average return should hit around 7-8% since I bought them in Cash.
I will have a professional management company to take care them in the
future.

She is not qualify(she is making too much money).

follow:
if you win big from stock market or other places, then
you invest in real estate( speculation or rent whatever).
All rich guys I knew do the same way as you did. Which is obviously affected
by culture or other reason. I am not saying this is bad..hehe

part time job. Obviously, he is very happy for the job. I used to hire some
chinese, but they were very expensive(very much like 60/hour in Cash).

your client is not a typical middle class family. many American families
have quite some money, if they can inherit their parents' house and
insurance.
many middle class Chinese families are relatively poorer because there is no

In US, we are facing the same problems like Europe. Current deficit is not
sustainable. Government has two choice:
1) Cut spending, cut entitlement, That means millions of American will be
affected.
2) Monitize the US dollar to reduce the deficit(print more US dollar)
You see what happens in Europe. Choice #2 is more likely. So to protect your
hard earned paper money, Real estate is very good hedge. You can always
increase the rent.
