people are already numb to failures of bp, so even if this one fails,
the effect will be less drastic than the 13% drop that we saw this week.
secondly BP has tried so many times, these failures already became a
very important learning experience for them, and they will be more
experienced in handling the technical issues. for example they realized
that the ice buildup is an issue and th
