April 26 (Bloomberg) -- Charles River Laboratories International Inc.
agreed to buy Chinese drug-research company WuXi PharmaTech (Cayman) Inc.
for about $1.6 billion, said two people with knowledge of the matter.
Charles River will pay $21.25 a share for WuXi, split between $11.25 in
