April 14 (Bloomberg) -- American International Group Inc.’s aircraft-
leasing unit agreed to sell 53 planes to Macquarie Group Ltd. as it seeks to
repay taxpayers after a $182.3 billion bailout.
Macquarie, Australia’s biggest investment bank, will pay International
Lease Finance Corp. $2 billion for the planes, mainly Boeing 737 Next
Generation and Airbus A320 family aircraft, it said in a regulatory
