The fact is that doing business in China (at least for a Chinese) is easier
than for an American to do business in the U.S. Taxes are much lower, and
regulation is lighter, easier, less crazy, and definitely not in the hands
of high-anxiety Puritans. When I hear an American refer to it as "Communist
China," I know I'm dealing with someone who's either just ignorant or a
