Adjusted Q4 EPS of $0.03, vs. per share loss of $0.04, misses our EPS view
by $0.02, as Vegas and Sands Macao property EBITDAR fell below our est
offset a bit by a better Venetian Macao result, boosted by higher hold. We
do not see the $12.4M increase in Sands Macao reserve and catch up incentive
accrual as one-time items. While we look for Macao results to continue to
significantly improve, we remain concerned about Vegas and have moderate
