But the new share selling at $5.09 really confused me. Why PRGN want to
sell new shares now? I think any price <$5 should be safe (better price than
the institutions who got the new shares), but the dilution would hurt
shareholder value in long term.
Given the uncertainty in the broad market, especially on China's recent
tightening, I would not expect too much for the dry shipping. So if you
have profit, locking it won't be a bad

另外这家伙涨得太慢了，应该捞dsx的。

DSX is, in theory, the most solid dry shipping company ( 0 debt). But, the "
solid" is mostly priced in already.
The whole dry shipping sector is at a "low" level now. So be patient, buy
low sell high do swing trade is the way to go.
