it represent the most important housing market. Since in US, most of major
city have been developed. The good area houses would normally be second hand
houses.
This drop isn't a good sign. |

School, transportation, shopping have been established. That is what I
oberserved in Chicago, NY and BJ, Shanghai.

1. OB seems have no clue about new job direction
2. OB pick up fight with bank to switch the focus
3. OB will offer middle class new welfare package, this increase deficit
4. OB properly will launch another stimulus plan to help the job market? |

The extension of the 1st time home buyer credit maybe helped the drop, but
the expected expiration at the end of year might have done the opposite.
