Key responsibilities include:
• Full cycle accountability for designing and developing analytical
projects and reporting, as well as interpreting results, formulating
recommendations and presenting to various business partners and senior
management across the organization.
• Design and conduct ad-hoc analysis and develop advanced statistical
report to identify root causes related to customer experience, operational
risks and efficiency, evaluate business impacts and identify opportunities
for continuous process improvements.
• Create and monthly/weekly/daily reporting and deliver effective
presentations to senior management.
Required skills:
• Master‘s degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics,
Operations Research, Business Administration, or other quantitative analysis
degree.
• Strong SAS, SQL, Teradata & Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding problems solving and decision making skills.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision, present results clearly
