Salary is jumped almost by 40%. but house is from 250k to 1.2M; rent is from
1.6k to 3.3k, gas is from 2.5 to 3, CA takes 10% away. take home less than
before.
the only good thing is my kids attend a better school. I have to pay 30k
after tax for private before and school is still not as good as the current.

sunshine, beach and greens we do not have before. but these are not that
important
for me.
plan to retire at Idaho or Montana by 45-50. no way to survive at CA with
less than 300k |
