ok,废话不多说,问题是这样的

so he sets up an experiment with five treatments.
A. Control-current food type,17% protein
B.current food type,15%
C.current food type, 12%
D.another food type,15% protein
E.A food type with unknown constitution.
the research team has access to 4 house, each contains 4 cages, they decide
a 3 replicates in a completely randonmised design(1 cage not used), after 4
months, mean treatments were:
A.126ug/L
B. 113ug/L
C.165 ug/L
D. 139 ug/L
E.151 ug/L
but the F test is not significant(p=0.097)
Questions:
1. is the design appropriate to achieve the objective?
2. how would u interpret the result?
3.how would you re-design it If you were to repeat the experiment,Explain
your decision and show what the ANOVA table would look like, with the number
of degrees of freedom for each source of variation |
