Role 1 - Commercial Bank:
Full time (experience is essential)
Location: New York, NY
Industry: Commercial Bank
Develop and use credit scoring models and other risk analytics in consumer
lending.
Use sophisticated statistical techniques to develop scorecards, decision
tree based customer segmentation schemes, profiling analysis, and other
analytically based tools in day to day operations.
Design modules for advanced score development and analytical tools.
Participate in the implementation of sophisticated financial models in live
operating environments within the organization.
Qualifications:
Masters or PhD in Statistics, Economics / Econometrics, Applied Mathematics,
Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, or other quantitative
discipline
2-4 years experience in quantitative analysis and statistical modeling
SAS and SQL expertise
Good understanding of consumer finance (lending / retail banking)
Experience in scorecard development, especially if in consumer credit risk,
is a plus
Experience in consumer finance industry (Retail Banking), consulting for
Retail Financial Services and exposure to International markets will be a
plus
Role 2 - Retail Chain:
Full time
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Industry: Retail Chain
Use sophisticated statistical techniques to help implementing financial
models as well as credit risk models in operating environment.
Qualifications:
B.S., Masters, or PhD in Statistics, Economics / Econometrics, Applied
Mathematics,Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, or other
quantitative discipline
0-2 years industry experience in quantitative analysis and statistical
modeling SAS and SQL expertise
Good understanding of retail business
Experience in scorecard development, especially if in consumer credit risk
