Exciting opportunity to lend your SAS Programming in support of a leading
organization! You will work closely with the financial team to provide SAS
Programming design, support and analysis. Provide heavy data management/
manipulation, extraction of large data sets from multiple data sources (
enterprise data warehouse) and provide analysis of the data output. Work
closely with internal team to generate and analyze financial reports.
Successful candidate to have:
• 3+ years solid SAS Programming/Analysis (Base, Macro,
Proc SQL) Process Automation and Reporting Techniques in an PC/Unix
environment. Proficiency in working with large volumes of data with proven
ability to effectively analyze raw data. Proven experience providing SAS
Programming and statistical analysis preferably supporting financial
services or credit risk (highly preferred).
• Proficiency in management of large volumes of data (
pulling, cleansing, manipulating etc) along with the ability to articulate
what the data means and ensuring accuracy of the data.
• Strong Excel and Power Point skills
• Working knowledge of structured programming standards,
data flow diagrams and program documentation requirements.
• Proven experience presenting analysis is required
• Solid business analytical reporting and data analysis
skills.
• Good communications along with the ability to understand
technical requests, ensure and drive results/solutions as requested.
• Bachelor’s in Quantitative field (Statistics,
Mathematics or Computer Science). Master’s in Quantitative field preferred.
