1. Longitudinal measure of a biomark at different time points (unbalanced
design) starting from a surgery completion
2. Observations of bleeding events were made after the surgery
3. Based on the observations from 2, divide patients into two groups (
bleeding and non-bleeding)
4. Characterize the biomark trend over time for the two groups.
Since these two groups were decided after the surgery, this is different
from a study design where the group membership is decided before the study
begin. What category does this study fall into?
