底是什么啊?我看了好多资料还是不明白啊,请教版上的XDJM啦 | m*********n 发帖数: 413 | | b****w 发帖数: 71 | | t****r 发帖数: 702 | 4 I think what you meant to say is the observational study (as oppose to experimental study, where you apply treatments to your subjects). There are three
types of observational studies: Prospective, retrospective and cross-
sectional.
1. cohort is one of the prospective studies, which is to study causes of
some result that would happen in the future (e.g. dead or not, which is unknown at the beginning of the study).
2. case-control study is usually a retrospective study, subjects are divided
into two (or more) groups based on the outcome (i.e. have disease or not, which has happened at the beginning of the study)
and the to study what in the past has caused this outcome. (measurements are
on something in the past)
3.crossectional, only concerns the status of your subject at current time
point (not past, not future).
Hope this helps! | h******n 发帖数: 190 | 5 Exactly ! guess you are major in Epidemiology ?
