Job Description:
0. This position provides consultative services to internal clients in
the analysis and interpretation of proprietary and primary/secondary data in
the healthcare space.
Responsibilities:
1. Design and lead implementation of user segmentation and valuation.
2. Maintain and refine the user segmentation models.
3. Implement retention programs that will help maintain users engage in
our different products and services.
4. Proactively seek and perform analysis of marketing initiatives.
5. Participate in client and project team meetings to explain and
interpret analysis methodology and results.
6. Perform advanced analytics such as AB testing, multivariate, content
targeting
7. Implement analytical processes and procedures on projects.
8. Design and lead development of custom analysis tools in a variety of
programming languages and applications such as SAS, SQL, Excel, Visual Basic
and Access.
Skill Requirements:
9. Expertise in segmentation analysis and user profiling.
10. Strong knowledge of applied statistics and optimization techniques
such as clustering and the ability to apply to real-world business
situations.
11. Extensive experience with statistical and data mining software such as
SAS.
12. Fluency with database programming languages such as SQL.
13. Ability to present analytics results to a non-technical audience.
14. Experience with pharmaceutical sales and marketing data is highly
desirable.
0. Education and Experience: Advanced degree in a Statistics, Operations
Research, or another quantitative discipline with 3-5 years experience or
Bachelors degree in a quantitative discipline with 5-7 years experience.
1. Previous experience in a top-tier consulting firm is desirable.
2. Pharmaceutical Industry experience is preferred.
