. you need to understand measure theory) I suggest you start with his
Advanced Mathematical Statistics. This book has many problems with solutions
. Try to solve as many problems as possible. Then you can try to read his
Introduction to Mathematical Statistics.
Below are my three favorites at the same (difficulty level) in English:
1, Mathematical Statistics: Exercises and Solutions by Jun Shao
There is a problem set book for this one. You should get both.
2. Theory of Point Estimation by Lehmann and Casella
3. Testing Statistical Hypotheses by Lehmann
