students. Also, I think you are referring to taxes. If you stay in the US
for at least 5 years, from IRS's point of view, you are considered "resident
for tax purposes only".

发帖数: 254 | 4 Most schools don't have this policy. Otherwise, it's not fair to the other US students. If it does, it's either the entire university or college doing this all at the same time, not individually. You shouldn't have to do anything extra. You can check with your college's graduate programs office. Or, ask around (other Master's students).
Also, it depends on your visa status. If you are H4, you may be eligible for in-state tuition.

我的学校也说我可以按照RESIDENT交学费
不过现在没有开学，不知道要交多少钱
