He got an offer from an american pharmacuetical company and back to China (
around 150k RMB anually). After two years, he changed his job and now 350k
RMB (5 years working experience)
He tole me, if you think you can not be promoted to manager level in the
future, do not consider back. More and more people are backing to china
recently. You are easily to be replaced if you can only do statistical works
even if you have many years experience because company c

Staying in US is becoming increasingly difficult. Many folks are forced to
return China or India, where at least there are jobs though poorly paid.
