Write a cell algorithm which will fill in the value associated with each
month below that is found in the table in the months spreadsheet.
If a value is not in the table in the months spreadsheet then a value of
zero should be entered.
Note the algorithm should be the written so that it can be copied as many
times as needed.
这道题要用到EXCELL MACRO ，把两个REPORT 联系在一起，就像SQL QUERY 中的
PRIMARY KEY AND FOREIGN KEY.不知道
