发帖数: 7994 | 1 我感觉不是registered agent address。而且在 File 的时候
需要用这个作为公司的 Business address.
公司是提供计算机/咨询服务的，不需要处理实体的业务。
在附件里面有关于 Legal Address 的说明，劳驾帮忙看一下。
同时贴在这里：
“The legal address for your new business should be the permanent, physical
address (no P.O. Boxes) to which we can forward any important legal
documents that we may receive as your Registered Agent. Ideally, someone
should be available at this address to sign for Federal Express deliveries.”
本来觉得好像租用一个 mail forwarding service 应该可以，
但是发现有的网站上有如下说明，所以觉得好像不行。
“The street address cannot be used for issuing a local business license.
The City of Las Vegas doesn't allow a mail-forwarding service for issuing a
business license.”
