chance because:
a) the manufacturing cost here is low
b) the shipping cost is expensive because of the weight
c) both acid and lead are dangerous goods, there are too many saftey
requirement

请教一下前辈：由于你提到的c)中的原因，在美国的生产费用会很低么？我还以为由于
环保的原因，这边的生产费用会很高呢。如果这边的生产费用本身不高的话，从国内进
来确实没啥优势。
最后一句没太看懂。为啥can't justified？
