I am F1visa, and i opened the LLC and sell staff on amazon.
I just realized this is not legal.
What i am going to do?
Will uscis send me out of US?
I am applying the OPT now.
I am so worried about this will affect my OPT application
Please give me some suggestions!

出来开过公司没有。

i do not think amazon will send all the income information to the IRS.
But I still worry about it.
This might totally affect future h1b application and greencard application

i checked online and realize that Obtain a tax clearance letter (aka
certificate of account status) from the state Comptroller of Public Accounts
is needed to indicate that all taxes have been paid by the LLC
I only sell a couple small toy on amazon. How to get the tax clearance
letter.

your business certificate from your city or state? Do you have a taxid?
Each state might be different too.

I thought at least 1 USA citizen (or Green card holder) is required to open
a LLC. How could a single foreign person open this type of company? |
