sorry I can not type chinese here and my eenglish sucks
please tell me if my solutions will work
I hold H4 visa, and want to open C corp. I am the only owner. Since I can
not work for my company, I have to hire CEO (GC or Citizen) to work for my
company. and then I will hire some staff in china.
CEO will only workk 2 hours per week, staff in china will work 10 hours per
week. I will give 1099 to CEO at the end of year
Does the solution work?
