unfriendly state/city to buisness in USA - everything seems to be hard,
expensive and took long time - no matter it's a business license, a re-sell
permit...

一般两个公司之间相互有生意时，如果金额较少，对方会要求出具proof of good
standing 吗？
如果报税时联邦税LLC按s来报，LLC纽约州的州税大概每年要比s corp多交哪些税和费
用？
如果是一个网络公司，公司的合伙人不在同一个州，是不是得在每个州都注册？如果只
在一个州注册是不是其它州的合伙人不能拿薪水，只能拿分红？
