sunk cost基本上没有,一旦客户的信誉建立起来,虽然要不断地吸引新客户,但还是
有很大市场可以做。初步的想法是最好能够在google search new house building

t miss big items in the contract. One example, the client may want to paint
the house before moving in but he or she may have forgotten to include it in
the contract. It will be much cheaper to include the item when collecting
the bids from builders rather than afterwards. The builder can easily over
charge $2000 for painting. Not to mention the change order fee for every
change. Other items include but not limited to indoor rough in speakers w/
or w/o volume control, special outlet at garage for hot plate, GFCI
protected outlet for fountain, tray ceiling and illumination, etc. The
client will have to eat the bullets if the item is not in the contract
because if he or she doesn’t take it, there won’t be tray ceiling and
illumination in the dining room forever... Additionally, all builders charge
change order fee for every item change.
Also our consultant will go through the building process details based on
the contract with clients to make sure the client's benefit is maximized and
cost is minimized. Considering above $400K building fee, I think many
people would like to pay for a small amount of upfront consulting fee.
