has nothing to do with it. Make sureyou tell her that she can only be an
investor. The company maysponsor her for the work permit, but it will be a
tough job to provethat she did not create the job for herself, so though she
is not herown employer, she is employed by her doing. With this connection,
USCIS will not likely approve the application. | b*****o
