will get some good leads. But, unfortunately, most good programmers are
employed. So, you got to spend more to get them out of the existing company.
When you hire people, show them good vision as to what you want to
accomplish. Also, you venture/biz has to be a viable one in order to attract
good programmers. Nobody wants to work on some dull project. Show them some
interesting facts about why your biz is a good project t |

都是小活，结果比较失望
比印度哥们好些，但是还算不上好
现在我外包都是找东欧或者俄罗斯的，做事很靠铺
CSS方面的我全部找一个德国哥们，收钱不算便宜，但是charge我的时间比较少，而且
活质量很好。
