However, we cannot open a account in offshore area, such whatever islands.
For asian country, singapore is a gov restricted control country,
in which company regulations are also complicaed and you seldom
avoid any tax without attorney's help under powerful gov.
About tax, i am not very sure whether sg company tax is lower than
that in NA. What i am thinking is another problem that :

open a subsidary in canada or us. The only differences
between local one and a foreign one are the foreign one
should pay customs tax and may have less trust than the
local one. Of cause, if you hire people of NA or get loan
from local bankers, you should open a local branch. So
if your company's function is make money of NA people only,
it may be better to reg. it in some place like Virgin Islands
which have no tax on business or individ
