Well, that only means your keygen isn't the right version, find the latest
from the web and try again. Ultraedit's author (a nice guy, really, feeling
guilty stealing his hard-work) puts three rounds of checking inside his
program. You got over the first one, but apparently didn't pass the second,
and even if you pass the second, try right-click on a text file and choose
"Open with UltraEdit", there is the third checking. :-)
