Freehand drawing is mostly for artistic expression, though, can't think of
a reason why you would need to do that except for unexpected, random, wild,
impulsive desire of creative activity... anyway, I thinnk Visio is pretty
good in what it does, although for our use, it's like attacking a mosquito
with nuclear missiles, but it's okay, since the nuclear missiles are free :-)

If you will export to EPS later, you can try Mayura Draw, some other
options might be the MetaCreation series of products... You know that one
of my colleagues actually wrote a freehand drawing program with Matlab
GUI :-)) prety neat, eh?
