it's a parent control software to block websites which
are not good for kids.
i was curious and tried to install it.
after i installed it i found it's not the thing
i want. then i directly uninstalled it.
gosh, bad thing happened after i restart my computer.
it said " cyber patrol file tampering detected.
call tlc custom support. press enter"
then " error loading user.exe. please reinstall windows."
god damn it. i tried many ways to fix this problem.
but it seemed not working at all.
