control panel->system&secuiry->anytime upgrade
use 342DG-6YJR8-X92GV-V7DCV-P4K27 as the upgrade key
it only take several minutes to convert your home premium to ultimate
then you can find language packs are available as optional update in
windows update, download Chinese one, then you can change the user interface
language in control panel->clock, language and region
