发帖数: 493 | 1 朋友的单位用Enterprise Exchange 2007做服务器，他用outlook 2003收email。在
outlook的address book里，他单位的所有人都显示（应该是系统自动加上的，因为没
有其他外面的联系人），在contacts里只有一个联系人。现在的问题是，每次他要发信
，在地址栏里输入一个字母，相关的联系人就会显示出来，有的是在address book里（
但是并没有显示address book里面所有相关的），有的不知道存在哪里？我的朋友想删
除一些，我不用outlook，弄了半天没有弄明白，不知道是否可以在贵版请教一下。谢

In Address Book window, click menu Tools/Options, you will see the
Addressing window, you will see "When sending mail, check names using these
address lists in the following order:", under this line, it is the address
list, you can remove it or add new one to the list. | s*******n
