able to be solved by software:
I had a wd mybook 500G external USB drive. It worked well before but one day
the systems just stopped recognize it any more, and ask me whether I want to
format it.
Right now I can only see the drive letter, but nothing inside.
Tried EasyRecovery, the drive won't even show up in the recovery menu.
Anyone have suggestions? Thanks, | S**I
