appricated if you would like to input any information on it.
1. Do you know whether US census counts undocument immigrants?
2. What is the average increase for US population each year?
3. Do you know the TFR for white and black? Asian keeps very low fertility. I
just think Hispanic contributes a lot to TFR as both minority which is related
to immigration. Well, who is not immigrant except to native american?

all the people having an address in the US is supposed to receive the census
questionnaire and is required by the Constitution to fill that out. but those
who fail to fill out and send the census forms are probably not penalized. so
theoretically, yes, they should be counted, but there isn't an item for
reporting "undocumented immigrant"; instead, it only asks for information like
"country of birth", "years in the US", "naturalization status". INS should be
