发帖数: 37 | 3 Sounds like your agency is doing a lot of different things: children, family
, mental health, senior sevices? Is it more clinical or more service
oriented? The provision of senior services usually depends a lot on state
policy and funding. For example, California probably funds more senior
programs than any other state.
I feel much more comfortable working with seniors than children, but I think
it's just a personal preference. They each have their own issues, not
necessarily one is easier than

easy to work with (at least normal), no experience working with child.
