"The conditioning test appears to be on the wane in colleges, in large part
because N.C.A.A. rules were changed in 2005, prohibiting conditioning tests
from taking place before preseason practice begins. So if conditioning tests
are run, they count against the maximum three hours of daily practice time
that teams are allotted during the initial five days of training camp.
“If we’re here all summer, I know the guys are in shape,” said Damon
Harrington, the strength coach at Louisiana Tech, which no longer
administers a conditioning test.
The roots of the conditioning test began in the days when professional
football was not so professional. This was when players were paid such
pedestrian wages that most took on second jobs in the off-season. And
notions of fitness were quite different, too." |

然淘汰。
所以说要么
１。中国的职业化还没到家，
２。中国的选材（draft）／转会体制没有真正建立
３。中国的draft不能产生足够实力的新生力量来把表现差的一线队员淘汰下来
４。中国的教练／GM还没有建立良好的质量控制系统来evaluate一线的场上表现，导致
即使一线不堪重任依然没有察觉，没有及时调整阵容

你看室内足球比赛就知道了，换人比较宽松，也没有发展成操快梦。

猛只要不犯规，也没什么不好。
糙根本不是优点。就是技术好的反义词。
技术好的也可以快和猛，没矛盾。职业比赛本来就是应该追求技术，速度的。

室内足球判得比较严而已，其实我觉得比较客观，误判也很少。
从规则上说，室内足球先进太多了。

大个还有那么灵活的脚步就逆天了。
