感觉太小丑了，而且会有很多麻烦事，比如犯规怎么判之类的

at 35 yard line and dribble. Goalie can come out.
He also suggested to relpace yellow card with 10 min out like in ice hockey.
So you have power play. Mostly yellow card benefits next team, not the team
you commited foul to.
I think both these ideas sound reasonable. |

所以类似篮球冰球那些精确到秒的规则都不太现实
小罚出场10分钟，对方就会耗时间
还不如就罚到有进球为止

If you say the team can delay, they already can delay when they got a red
card.

accurate to 1 second. |
