kid, but has become much slower since I started running 9 years ago. 38bpm
is measured when I'm lying in bed, resting. During the day at rest it is
typically 40-45.

my hart rate is also around 40 bpm. I used to pass out in the gym and was
sent to the hospital by the ambulance, the doctor thought the reason I
passed out was my much lower heart rate.

is a good thing. It means that you are getting fitter. For example, while my
rest heart rate is around 40, and when I race 5K, my heart rate will be
pumped to at least 180 and possibly 190. That allows my heart to pump a lot
of blood in order to run fast.

平常的一直60-70， 好像没多大变化。
不过我没跑过超远距离的， 最远5miles跑活动， 健身都是2mile以内的快速跑。
