personal record of skiing 27 days in one season.. Unbelievable snow
condition at this time of the year.
Do you do anything to skis at the end of season? It is suggested to tune up,
wax without scraping and brushing base, turn binding spring to lowest
setting.

the season and that is it). guess a bad habit but they all works well :) |

发帖数: 586 | 5 I follow the general recommendation: wax my skis and boards every 3-4 days
on the mountain, and edge tune them every 8 days. If I don't have the time,
or just being lazy, I will send them to local REI. REI only charges $10 for
hand wax and $25 for base tune, which I consider a good service at a good
price. You can do p-tex yourself before sending skis for base tune.
They always say wax your skis before put them in storage when summer comes,
but I have never done it so far. Just have no passion to wax skis in May,
and REI has already closed its winter repair shop:-(
