simply moves his upper body.
the video shows alpine snowboarding. are you sure your teacher use this type
of board?

under) and used both for different terrains, intuitively, but it's good to

B******N 发帖数: 445 | 14 cross under is more advanced, the beginner usually do cross over first,
basically you body is up and down to lift your center of mass when making
turn.
Cross under is you body is relative stable, less up and down motion, more
use your leg's bending and stretch (aka push and pull) to make turn. So push
and pull really means "cross under" IMHO.
When on step hill, you have to know "cross under", the "cross over"
frequency is low, so you could build up too much speed, or you have to make
huge S turn to slow down.
When on bumps, you have to cross under as well to use leg to absorb the up
and down.
Once you master "cross under", then you can handle any mountains. |
