With the paper, u don't need any entry permit to transit in HK (up to a stay

t is still there. Otherwise, what u can do is to request the airline to re-i
ssue u a soft copy, which u can forward or fax to ur wife.
At worst, ur wife can still show the customs officer the Shenzhen entry stam
p on her passport and her pass to Singapore as well as the stub of her depar
ting flight ticket, if still available. However, this is only the last resor

有新加坡的PR可以到香港，没有签证或者通行证的必要。
