To kill the w32.Welchia Worm, need to turn off system restor in Win XP.
However, the following message shows up when trying to open "properties" in
MyComputer:
rundll32.exe-Unable to locate component
This application has failed to start because framedyn.dll was not found.
Re-installing the application may fix this problem.
