I am in my office and access internet through my company's proxy server,
which is not in my control.
I understand that the proxy server could monitor all my activities, but
is there any way to secure my email, i.e., they won't know what I have send
out or received? Include attachments? It's better if where I surfed can also
be secured.
I am using hotmail by the way, but I can change email provider if
necessary.
